For God so loved the world, and all of His creations, that He could not completely eliminate His Angel even if he had rebelled. Such was the extent of His forgiveness that rather than have the Lightbringer continuously rebel to own the realm of Heaven—and ultimately fail every time, for nothing cannot compare to ultimate Power—God gave the Lightbringer his own realm to rule, located under the world. Thus Hell was created, a consequence of Divine Love.
